Great Strahov Stadium in Prague,Czech Republic is the largest stadium in the world.It is the second largest sports utility after Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
It has a capacity around 220,000.The field is almost equivalent to 9 soccer pitches.
The stadium was completed in 1934.It was first used for mass gymnastic displays.Motor racing took place in the stadium in the mid 1960s.Since 1990 the stadium is used for concerts.The stadium is no longer used for sports events and is used to host pop concerts.It also the traning centre of Sparta Prague(A Czech football club based on prague)
